About WolfIQFounder

Built by a collector. Not a software company.

WolfIQ came out of a commercial collections agency, not a software shop. Every workflow in the platform started as a file someone actually worked.

The founder

Bryson “Wolf” Border

Founder, WolfIQ Solutions LLC

Bryson started as an entry-level salesman. The owners took a chance on him and bet on potential over a resume. That bet carried him from the sales floor into collections and up to Executive Vice President, with both sides of the business under him. He has never forgotten who made that possible.

He grew up watching his mother work her way up from the bottom of a billion-dollar technology company to an executive seat at one of the largest data center operators in the country. That set the bar. When the top of the org chart stopped being a challenge, he went looking for a harder one.

That became ApexCollect: enterprise-grade collections software with full AI automation, from behavioral scoring through autonomous negotiation to posting the payment. WolfIQ Solutions LLC holds the platform and its intellectual property, with a provisional patent filed on the methods behind Bernie.

Why it exists

The problem every collector knows.

Agency software was built by developers who never worked a file. It tracks accounts. It does not read people, it does not negotiate, and it shows the client a balance instead of the work. So the collector carries the judgment in their head and the client takes it on faith.

  1. Behavioral scoring

Every account is read before contact, so outreach starts from how that debtor is likely to pay.

  2. Autonomous SMS negotiation

Bernie runs the conversation inside parameters the client sets, and hands every settlement to a person before it closes.

  3. A client portal that shows the work

Every touchpoint, every reply, every dollar posted, visible to the client as it happens.

What we stand for

Three rules the platform is built on.

  1. Recover more, burn fewer bridges

A paid invoice and a customer who still answers the phone are the same goal. The approach adapts to the person, not the other way around.

  2. Transparency is not optional

If the client cannot see what was said and when, the work did not happen. Every action is logged and shown.

  3. Software earns trust, it does not replace judgment

Bernie starts with every consequential action gated and earns room as the record holds up.
